Chopt Creative Salad is an award-winning recipe for creative salad dressing.

Place the water in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add the vinegar, onion, carrot and garlic.

Remove and stir in the basil and garlic and mix well.
Remove the water from the pot and add it to the salad.
Stir well to combine.
Season with salt and more salt.

Recipe Notes:To make chopt creativity salad, mix the vinegar with the water, stirring well to make sure that the vinegar and water are completely incorporated.
Add to a bowl and mix until completely combined.
Serve as an instant salad dressing, or drizzle with dressing on top of your favorite salad.
For a more authentic, more complex recipe, you can also add a pinch of salt to the vinegar mixture and then add the chopped onion and carrot.
